1. Do you have a retail outlet?

Yes, we do have a retail outlet. After three years of successful running of retail store, we decided to go online. Our store is located in Sharanya Arcade, Thavakkara, Kannur, Kerala.

2. Is shipping cost chargeable to customers?

Shahzadi Lawn shall bear the shipping charges for product deliveries and no charges is made to the customer.

3. Is there shipping to locations outside India?

Currently we do not accept orders for locations outside India.

4. How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order until your order is booked for shipment. The money paid shall be refunded as Store Credits only.

5. Can I request for return of products that I purchased?

You can request for return only on the same date as delivery.

6. What kind of products can be returned?

  1. The product should be in its original condition and in the original packaging.
  2. And should not be used or washed.

7. How will the return order be placed?

Return request can be placed in system. Email will be sent to you regarding acceptance or rejection of return request.

8. How can return be shipped?

Customer shall be responsible for all the shipping and handling costs on return. You can place Return pick up request with us. However, our delivery agents charge double the charges of original delivery. You can either opt to bear the same or use your own means to return.

9. Will I get refund for my returns?

Refund in money is only made for products that you would have received in Damaged condition. In all other cases of return, refund is limited to Store Credits only.

10. When will I get my refund?

Once the product is received by us we shall verify the product to ensure if there was any damages and whether the product has not been used/washed/stitched or any other condition that makes it not eligible for return. Once it has been verified that the conditions for refund is met, we shall process it for refund in Store credits or money as the case may be.

11. How long can I use Store Credits and Cashbacks for?

Store Credits and Cashbacks can be used for up to one year from the date of its credit to your user account registered on our website.

12. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Return request can be placed in system. Email will be sent to you regarding acceptance or rejection of return request.

13. My pincode is COD serviceable. Can I place order for any amount on COD?

You cannot place COD for the following orders –

  1. Order size exceeding Rs 6,000
  2. Bulk Orders
  3. Products under Pre-booking
  4. Products under Sale

14. What is the benefit of Pre-Booking facility?

Leading designers announce their collections via photoshoots online. Their products could be sold out or face price hike by the time it reaches the market. Through Pre-booking facility, you can have the product ordered and avoid price surge risk much before it arrives in the market.

15. How long will the product take for delivery in cases of Pre-booking?

The estimated delivery date shall be mentioned on the Product page. In case if delivery is taking longer than the date mentioned, then you may opt for cancellation or exchange. Please read Pre-Booking policy for any more clarifications.
