Shipping, Delivery, Returns and Refunds Policy

  1. We ship products anywhere within India but not outside India.
  2. We do shipping at free of cost.
  3. Products which are under pre-booking can take considerable time. After we have received your booking we shall notify you by email or mobile phone about the expected delivery timeline. These items are mostly sold-out during pre-booking period only, so we would suggest you to book your order as soon as possible to avoid delays.
  4. Orders can be cancelled before shipment. The money paid for such orders shall be refunded as Store Credits only. Store Credits are valid for 12 months & can be used for new orders.
  5. As for returns, we follow three simple conditions to enable a return –
    > Return request should be placed on the same date as delivery
    > Product should be in original condition and in the original packaging
    > And should not be used or washed
  6. Customer shall be responsible for all the shipping and handling costs on return. You can place Return pick up request with us. However, our delivery agents charge double the charges of original delivery. You can either opt to bear the same or use your own means to return.
  7. Once we receive the return, you shall be notified of the same by email. After due verification of the product, an email communication regarding the approval or rejection for Exchange or Refund as requested shall be sent.
  8. Refund shall be transferred to your account for products that are received in Damaged condition. For all other return issues, Refund shall be processed as Store Credits only.
  9. Store Credits are valid for 12 months & can be used for new orders.
SAMPLE DATE
  1. Orders in India arrive in 5-7 Days after Order is confirmed.
  2. Orders outside India arrive in 12-15 Days after Order is confirmed.
  3. We ship using our shipping partners – Nimbus and their network of partners.
  4. Eligible for refunds up to 7 days after delivery.
  5. No refunds if products are damaged, worn, torn in any way.
